Yes. We offer free online estimates based on photos, videos, or project details whenever possible. If an on-site visit is required, we charge a $150 consultation fee. If you move forward with the project and sign a construction agreement, this fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

Yes. Prime Structure LLC carries General Liability Insurance. After signing a construction agreement, your project address is added to our insurance policy for the duration of the work.

Yes. We can build from your existing plans or work with our structural engineering partner when engineering calculations or permit-ready drawings are required. We also provide engineering calculations for internal construction planning when appropriate.

Most projects are owner-supplied materials. However, depending on the project scope, we can also assist with sourcing and purchasing materials if requested.

Every project is different. A typical bathroom remodel usually takes about 7–10 business days, while larger renovations depend on project complexity, permit requirements, and material availability. We always provide an estimated timeline before construction begins.

Yes. Depending on the type of work performed, our workmanship warranty ranges from 3 to 12 months. Warranty terms are clearly outlined in your construction agreement.

In many cases, yes. We do everything possible to minimize disruption and allow homeowners to remain in their homes whenever it is safe to do so. For projects involving significant dust, utility interruptions, or safety concerns, we may recommend temporary relocation.

We regularly work with premium materials including Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams paints, engineered hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), porcelain and ceramic tile, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, Schluter waterproofing systems, composite decking such as Trex and TimberTech, and many other high-quality products.

Yes. Prime Structure has access to a contractor discount at The Tile Shop, and we are happy to share this benefit with our clients when the selected products are suitable for the project.

Absolutely. We are happy to build from your architect's or engineer's drawings and coordinate with your design team throughout the project.

Yes. We perform load-bearing wall removal, beam installation, structural framing, reinforcement, and other structural improvements in coordination with licensed structural engineers whenever required.

We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, Zelle, and secure credit card payments through Square.

We recommend scheduling as early as possible. Bathroom remodeling projects can often begin within a few weeks, while decks and outdoor projects are in high demand during the warmer months and may require additional lead time.

Yes. Keeping a clean and organized job site is one of our core values. We use dust protection, floor coverings, and daily cleanup practices to minimize disruption and leave your home as clean as possible throughout the project.

Yes. We're happy to share our experience with building products, flooring, tile, cabinetry, paint, decking, and other materials. While we don't provide interior design services, we can help you choose products that perform well and fit your project goals.
